Ethically Responsible Innovations in Reproductive Medicine (ERIN)

The H2020 Twinning project "Ethically responsible innovations in reproductive medicine" (ERIN) has received funding and started on the 1st of September 2020.  The ERIN project involves partners from University of Tartu (Estonia), Karolinska Institute (Stockholm, Sweden) and University of Maastricht (The Netherland), and the Principal Investigators from these universities are Professor Pauliina Damdimopoulou (University of Tartu), Professor Masoud Zamani Esteki (University of Maastricht), and Professor Andres Salumets and Prof. Kadri Simm (The University of Tartu). The ERIN project aims to bring ethically responsible innovations into healthcare and to promote the development of reproductive medicine and respective technologies. Its goal is to improve the ethical governance system of reproductive research and innovations by defining the underlying ethical challenges and more actively involving the stakeholders. Professor Judit Sándor is a member of the Advisory Board of this project.
