Vaccination passports

Webinar

The European Commission has launched its plan to introduce vaccination passports in the form of “digital green certificates” in order to facilitate the safe free movement of citizens of one Member State to and in other EU Member States. The certificate will serve as a digital proof that a person has been vaccinated against COVID-19, has recovered from COVID-19 or has a negative test result. The introduction of these vaccination passports poses many questions, specially with regard to the necessary legal framework and its legal consequences. The European Association of Health Law has therefore taken the initiative to organize a free webinar on COVID-19 and vaccination passports. During this webinar several health lawyers will give their expert opinion on this topic during brief presentations and a closing debate.
