CELAB's Research Associate, Péter Kakuk elected as the next president of the European Society for Philosophy of Medicine and Healthcare

On the 19th of August, CELAB's research associate, Péter Kakuk was elected as the next president of the European Society for Philosophy of Medicine and Healthcare (www.espmh.org). He was elected during the Society's general assembly meeting in Zagreb that was held as part of their 30th annual scientific conference. Péter will serve the ESPMH Board for 3 years as President-elect, then another 3 years as President of Society. ESPMH was espablished 30 years ago, currently it has more than three hundred members and an well-established academic journal (Medicine, Health Care and Philosophy) that is globally ranked as the 24th in the category of "Ethics" journals and the 9th within the category of "History and philosophy of science".
