27th World Congress of Medical Law

Aug. 2-4th, 2023, the 27th Annual World Congress for Medical Law will be held at Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) in Vilnius.

 The World Association for Medical Law (WAML), founded in 1967, brings together lawyers, scientists, attorneys, and medical practitioners from all over the world, in both academic and practical fields. The WAML World Congress is a prestigious event held each year in a different country around the world.

European Social Science History Conference 2023

The team members of the ERC sponsored Taming the European Leviathan: The Legacy of Post-War Medicine and the Common Good project took part in the biennial European Social Science History Conference held in Gothenburg, Sweden, between 12–15 April, 2023.

SEMINAR "REPRODUCTIVE MEDICINE AND ETHICS"

Judit Sandor will present at an interdisciplinary seminar on „Reproductive medicine and ethics“ that will be held on the 3rd of November 2022.
The seminar brings together researchers from medical sciences and humanities to discuss about reproductive medicine from molecular biology to clinical practice as well as ethical questions.
The event takes place in a hybrid format in Tartu and Zoom. Participation is free and requires registration.
