Introduction: Prof. Judit Sandor (Faculties of Political Science, Legal Studies and Gender Studies), Director of CELAB.

The movie is a part of Memories from the Golden Age, a movie cycle of several stories taking place during Communist times in Romania and indirectly depicting subjective history of communism through the urban legends. The film is based on a real-life story told to the director back in the early 1990-s and reveals the problem of illegal abortion under communism.

The screening is in Romanian with English subtitles.
